High-purity nitrogen protection continuous atomization:
Advantages: The production cost is relatively low, and it is suitable for the production of batch and stable products.
Main products: high-silicon aluminum and other spherical metal alloy powders with relatively simple composition and low requirements for use
Plasma spheroidization:
Advantages: Plasma spheroidization preparation technology is adopted to meet the requirements of simple substances and alloys with melting points higher than 1650°C for raw materials in different states.
Main products: elemental metal and alloy powders with high chemical activity, high-temperature alloy powders, including refractory alloy powder materials such as tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, and niobium
Fine air classification and screening system:
It has small, medium and large airflow classification equipment and ultrasonic screening equipment, with a classification capacity of 50-300KG per hour and a classification accuracy of ±1μm.
Testing instruments, etc.:
Scanning electron microscope (SEM), inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS), nitrogen and oxygen analyzer, carbon and sulfur analyzer, laser particle size detector, powder comprehensive performance tester, moisture analyzer and other equipment.
